1. Single Purpose
The single purpose of this extension is to help Etsy sellers export Etsy order data and support directly related Eagent operational workflows, including export preparation, workflow processing, and user-requested fulfillment-related actions.
2. Information the Extension Processes
To provide its core functionality, the extension may process information visible on Etsy pages that is necessary for export or related seller workflows. Depending on how the user uses the extension, this may include order information, shipment-related information, shop information, and product-related information that appears in the Etsy seller interface.
The extension processes only data that is visible to the user on Etsy pages and only in response to direct user actions.
If a user signs in to Eagent services, the extension may also process authentication-related information, such as an access token or session-related data, in order to keep the user signed in and enable requested features.

3. How the Information Is Used
Information processed by the extension is used only to provide the user-facing features of the extension. This includes generating order exports, preparing downloadable files, supporting workflow actions requested by the user, and enabling related Eagent service functions when the user chooses to use them.
No personal data is collected for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes.
The extension does not use this information for unrelated advertising purposes.
4. Server Communication
The extension communicates with Eagent services at api.eagent.cc only when the user explicitly initiates an action, such as exporting data or using a workflow feature.
Only the minimum necessary information required to complete the requested action is transmitted. Depending on the feature used, this may include relevant order, shipment, shop, or product-related data visible in the Etsy seller interface, together with authentication or request-related information needed to complete the action.
The extension does not perform background data collection, continuous monitoring, or automatic data extraction without user interaction.
Data transmitted to Eagent services is not used to build user profiles or track behavior across websites.
5. Local Storage, Downloads, and Clipboard-Related Actions
The extension may store authentication information, settings, and temporary operational data locally in the browser so that it can function correctly.
When the user triggers an export, the extension may generate and download an Excel or similar file to the user’s device. If clipboard-related actions are made available in the interface, they are used only to complete workflow actions directly requested by the user.
6. Data Sharing
Information is shared only in the following situations: first, when sharing is necessary to provide the extension’s requested functionality through Eagent services; second, when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; or third, when sharing is necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the service.
The extension does not sell personal information obtained through its operation.
7. Data Retention
Locally stored authentication information, settings, and temporary data may remain in the browser until the user signs out, clears extension data, or removes the extension. Server-side retention, if applicable for a requested Eagent workflow, is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect processed information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. User Choices
Users can limit or stop further processing by discontinuing use of the extension, signing out of Eagent services, clearing extension data in the browser, or uninstalling the extension.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect product improvements, operational changes, legal requirements, or changes in how data is processed. When this policy is updated, the effective date at the top of the page will also be updated.
